......The Way Inn is a family friendly gas station, motel and grocery located 4 miles from Fall Creek Falls State Park. Owned and Operated by the Harmon family, Ralph and Melissa were first introduced to Spencer, Tennessee in 2000. They brought their daughters camping at Fall Creek Falls, were drawn to the natural beauty of Van Buren County and purchased 18 acres of land where they would eventually build their home. In 2006, the Harmons purchased what would become The Way Inn.
        Melissa shared what inspired them to create the business.
        “We took our daughters travelling up the east and west coast. After staying in a variety of hotels, we wanted to use our knowledge and experience to create a family safe place to stay near a beautiful location. We are all about having fun on a budget.”
        Ralph, Melissa and their employees advertise their great customer service as a characteristic that makes their business unique.
        “We try to go above and beyond to make all of our guests feel at home,” explained Melissa. “We recently had a man request personalized gift baskets for his company workers that were staying with us. Service with a smile and making customers feels at home is the key to guest satisfaction.”
        The Way Inn offers spacious rooms with multiple beds for large families. They also have an option of pet friendly rooms. Campfire rings and a playground are located on site.
        The Way Inn’s grocery and gas station is a one stop shop for locals and tourists. Camping supplies and firewood are always available for Fall Creek Falls visitors. Ralph is well known for his variety of biscuits that are made every morning starting at 5:30.
